Named for and inspired by Chef's maternal grandmother, Burdell reflects her love for well-set tables, shared meals and laughter. Burdell is centered on nostalgia, family recipes, and sourcing. Burdell Soul Food restaurant in Temescal is seeking passionate, driven Sous Chef to join our growing team. We work with the best ingredients; working directly with fishermen, ranchers, farmers and going to multiple farmer's markets every week. We offer opportunity to grow and be challenged, daily.
