We are seeking talented, professional, and adaptable Onsite Event Chefs to join our growing team. Position Overview The Onsite Event Chef is responsible for preparing, executing, and presenting high-quality food service at live events. This role requires strong culinary skills, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining excellent presentation and food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items onsite for events of varying sizes Manage food preparation, cooking, plating, and service timing Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Coordinate with event staff, kitchen assistants, and vendors Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation regulations Assist with loading, unloading, and setup of kitchen equipment as needed Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requests Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude during all events Qualifications Proven experience as a chef, line cook, caterer, or event chef Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Comfortable working in mobile or temporary kitchen environments Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to lift 50+ and transport kitchen equipment and supplies Culinary degree or certifications preferred but not required Preferred Experience Catering or banquet experience Experience with high-volume event execution Familiarity with diverse cuisines and dietary accommodations Valid food handler certification What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Opportunities to work exciting events and venues Growth opportunities within a dynamic culinary team Supportive and collaborative work environment
