Competitive, Based on Experience Armav Catering is seeking an experienced Latin Chef to lead our kitchen operations. We specialize in banquet hall-style catering for large events including quinceañeras, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentic Latin cuisine and has experience preparing high-volume meals while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency. Qualifications Strong experience with Latin cuisine is required. Experience in banquet halls, catering, restaurants, or high-volume kitchens preferred. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
