Seeking an individual with culinary skill, passion for hospitality and a team builder. This leadership position will ensure service is successful for the entire team and the guests.
- Knowledge of seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to create, cost, document and execute seasonal menu items for a prix fixe menu.
- Work in tandem with Executive Chef and AM Sous Chef to maintain quality and standards.
- Communicate with service staff menu changes, seasonal ingredient knowledge and product counts.
- Food & Wine pairing knowledge and Culinary Degree a plus
- Experience in fine dining for at least 2 years.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to nightly.
- Willingness to work in Plymouth, CA
- Responsible for closing kitchen nightly.
- Work week is Wednesday
- Sunday
Quarterly bonus for meeting agreed upon goals and profitability
