15% performance bonus opportunity + standard benefits; open to relocation The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading all pastry and dessert operations for a full-service resort property. This role oversees production for multiple outlets, banquets, and special events, while driving creativity, consistency, and financial performance in a high-volume environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a resort, hotel, or high-volume multi-outlet property Strong technical expertise in plated desserts, bread production, and large-scale banquet execution Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop pastry teams Responsibilities Oversee daily pastry operations across restaurants, banquets, and special events Develop innovative dessert menus while maintaining quality, consistency, and cost controls Lead, schedule, and mentor the pastry team to ensure operational excellence and brand standards
