Our venue offers an exceptional experience designed to exceed your every expectation. Our highly experienced staff, AV experts, and access to delectable catering from our in-house restaurant, Salt + Brine, ensure your event is extraordinary. Successful candidates will bring a strong foundation in culinary technique, excellent knife skills, and confidence using commercial kitchen equipment. This role is for an experienced Banquet Cook with a minimum of two years of professional culinary experience, including hands-on work supporting private events, banquets, or catered functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced event-driven environment. A Food Handlers Permit is required (or the ability to obtain one prior to start). Flexible Availability is requirement. The ideal candidate will assist with banquet prep and is responsible for preparing and executing food for private events with consistency, timeliness, and attention to presentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all workstations, as well as following recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications established by the Chef and culinary leadership.
