What you'll do Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts with attention to detail and presentation. Ensure all food production meets quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage food preparation and packaging processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following best practices for food handling. Utilize your culinary experience to innovate new recipes and improve existing offerings. Basic qualifications Proven experience in baking and pastry production within a professional kitchen setting. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the food industry. Excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation. Previous experience in baking , cake production is a plus. Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and customer interaction.
