The Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, inventory management, food safety, and staff training. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment Oversee daily food preparation and ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items Develop and update menus while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of food and kitchen supplies Control food costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate inventory levels Coordinate kitchen operations during regular service, catering events, and special functions Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes, cooking techniques, food safety, and company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Collaborate with management to improve operations and enhance the guest experience Qualifications Minimum 3 years of chef or kitchen management experience Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards Experience with menu planning, inventory control, and cost management Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team Experience with catering, banquet, or high-volume food service preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're ready to bring your culinary talents to a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through innovative cuisine.
