The ideal candidate will possess extensive culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a flair for innovative menu development. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in every dish served. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our culinary vision while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure top-quality service. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet diverse dietary needs. Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients for daily operations. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless service for special events and large-scale functions. Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency without compromising quality or presentation. Experience Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management. Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale catering events. Supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams within fast-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in dietary department operations, including accommodating special dietary restrictions. Strong background in inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management practices. Hands-on experience in menu planning, food service management, and shift supervision. Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality industry best practices; bartending experience is a plus.
