Job Description

CUCINA urbana is Hiring a Sous Chef! Lead. Create. Inspire. Are you passionate about exceptional food, strong team culture, and creating memorable guest experiences? Join the team at CUCINA urbana , Urban Kitchen Group's flagship restaurant in the heart of Bankers Hill. We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to partner with our Executive Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment, loves developing people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding food every day.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of culinary supervisory experience required. Minimum of 6 years of cooking experience in an upscale dining establishment. Extensive knowledge of all stations and techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. A desire and ability to learn and grow in the position and within the company. Ability to stand for prolonged hours. Ability to carry and/or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Pay Range:
