Jul 3, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 4 years Job Details A new restaurant opening in San Francisco's FiDi is seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and help shape a distinctive culinary experience. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all back-of-house operations, including food costing, inventory management, sourcing, staff training, line execution, expediting, kitchen organization, safety, and sanitation.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of culinary creativity, operational discipline, and business acumen. We are looking for someone with fine dining or elevated restaurant experience, strong communication skills, event experience, and the ability to lead a team with urgency, clarity, and consistency. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sous chef ready to step into a major leadership role, or an experienced executive sous chef looking to be part of an exciting new San Francisco restaurant. Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership kitchen role Fine dining or high-quality restaurant experience highly preferred Strong foundation in classical technique and modern seasonal cooking In-depth COGS management experience and strong financial understanding, including proven strategies to positivelyaffect a restaurant's financial health. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly and positive
