We are looking for someone we can develop personal and long-term relationships with and wants to be an integral part of a growing restaurant.

Essential Functions:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Provides a quality product that is timely, fresh, and meets our standards
• Ensures proper and consistent production of all food products at all times
• Maintains clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes
• Exemplify leadership qualities that build a cohesive team, motivates the kitchen staff, and helps to achieve the restaurant's goals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Two years of experience in restaurants, tasting menu experience a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral
