Job Summary As an Executive Chef , you will lead all culinary operations for an account, shaping an exceptional dining experience while supporting a safe, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment. You'll guide and develop a team of culinary associates, oversee food safety and sanitation standards, and play a key role in bringing fresh ideas and programs to life. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow your leadership and culinary expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily culinary operations, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture Plan, develop, and execute menus that reflect quality, creativity, and consistency Manage food and labor costs, supporting budget goals through thoughtful planning and controls Purchase, receive, and manage inventory to ensure freshness, availability, and minimal waste Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are consistently met Partner with culinary and marketing teams to introduce and implement new culinary programs Support catering and high-volume production needs while maintaining presentation and flavor standards What We're Looking For Culinary training or a culinary degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience leading culinary teams in a high-volume production and catering environment Demonstrated ability to manage food costs, inventory, and operational controls A collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching, development, and teamwork Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and professional growth Interest in building a long-term career with a quality-driven foodservice organization Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
