Executive Chef Japanese Cuisine Michelin California Coast More than a sushi/nigiri chef position - must have real Michelin kitchen experience with izakaya, ramen, tempura, robata, and sushi. Must know your numbers. Complete P&L control. Authentic menu development that is true to the concept vision. Systems Builder and Team Builder Your kitchen is immaculate and sparkles. Your staff is happy and motivated. You are an excellent communicator and speak some Spanish and Japanese. The brand is growing - you must have experience in strategic growth and scaling. You are a Master Chef that loves to cook and lead your team in the kitchen. Generous benefits.
