WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain our pastry department Produce pastry, desserts, breads and seasonal baked goods daily Develop new recipes with genuine creative freedom Source and work with seasonal, locally-grown ingredients Manage inventory, par levels, and pre-production Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years professional baking experience (restaurant or bakery) Strong pastry skills Self-starter who thrives with autonomy Passion for farm-to-table, seasonal cooking Positive attitude and team-first mentality Reliable, detail-oriented, strong work ethic ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We look forward to hearing from you! ~
