SAN HO WON
is a Korean restaurant from the three-Michelin-star team behind Benu. We are looking for a sous chef to join our kitchen team! Please apply with a resume and brief cover letter.
About:
We believe that sharing a meal of meat grilled over charcoal and paired with a variety of homemade sauces and condiments is what the Korean BBQ experience is all about. Meat cooked over a table gas burner is just not the same. In our central BBQ stove, we grill over solid lychee wood charcoal produced specifically for
SAN HO WON.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of and/or experience with Korean cuisine Kitchen management experience and organizational skills Advanced kitchen experience (knife skills, butchering, cooking) Experience with ordering/purchasing and inventory Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures
