Leadership Full Job Description Culinary Leadership:
Develop menus, create new recipes, set presentation standards, and maintain consistent quality.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, schedule, and manage all kitchen personnel (cooks, chefs, assistants).
Operations & Finance:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food/labor costs, control inventory, order supplies, and develop budgets.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health codes, food safety regulations (HACCP), and establish kitchen policies/procedures.
Business Growth:
Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and contribute to the restaurant's profitability and reputation
