Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities. Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry. Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing kitchen staff in high-volume settings or restaurant management roles. Knowledge of dietary department practices, catering operations, banquet experience, and food safety standards. Skilled in inventory management, food handling procedures, and cost control strategies.
