This role supports our dynamic culinary program across multiple winery estates and offers the opportunity to showcase both technical skill and creativity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Prepare and execute dishes to established standards and specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation and kitchen environment Prep ingredients and stock stations for service Ensure food is cooked and presented with consistency and precision Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Label, date, and rotate products properly Collaborate closely with chefs and culinary team members Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve kitchen efficiency Our Culture At Far Niente Wine Estates, we value craftsmanship, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
