Prepare and portion raw fish including salmon, tuna, and albacore with precision and care Prep fresh chicken, beef, and vegetables following proper food safety protocols Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized prep station and kitchen workspace Follow all food safety standards and best practices consistently Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
