Temporary Overview We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and meal preparation, with a passion for creating delicious dishes. Duties
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the dietary department's guidelines
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards
Collaborate with the team to assist in menu planning and execution
Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Experience
Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or fine dining is preferred
Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with menu planning is a plus
