Job Description
Restaurant Trokay in Truckee, CA is looking for the right candidate to join our team as Chef de Partie. Chef de Parties are responsible for all of the ordering, prep and execution of their assigned dishes. Trokay is a growth and learning oriented kitchen with a menu that changes constantly and never repeats itself. Our kitchen work week is typically 4 days: Friday through Monday, closed Tuesday through Thursday. Start time each day depends on work load, but typically between 10am and noon, completing service between 10pm and midnight. We pay overtime, serve daily family meal, and are chef/owner operated.
