As a Sushi Chef, you will be at the forefront of creating authentic, visually stunning sushi dishes that delight our guests. Your expertise in Japanese Mexican cuisine, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will ensure an exceptional dining experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, develop innovative sushi recipes, and contribute to a dynamic atmosphere. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times Manage ingredient inventory, ensure freshness, and minimize waste through effective stock rotation Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a clean and safe working environment Educate team members on sushi preparation techniques and culinary best practices Experience Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen setting Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and ingredient handling Strong understanding of sushi presentation styles Experience in curriculum development or training others in culinary skills is a plus Join us if you're eager to craft exquisite sushi dishes while inspiring others through your culinary expertise.
