This role requires precision, efficiency, and strong leadership skills to ensure daily execution meets our quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing high-volume kitchen operations with accuracy and efficiency Lead, motivate, and support a team of kitchen professionals Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multitasking effectively Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met Set a positive example through professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork
Qualifications:
Strong culinary background Hard-working, reliable, and highly motivated Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a kitchen team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Friendly, energetic attitude with strong communication skills Availability for AM and PM shifts , with scheduling flexibility
