Job Description

Chef, or proficient line cook to run the kitchen, or assist with the possibility of covering the Chef's position/days off, and assisting the current chef. This position is intended for eventually becoming the head Chef. Focus on leadership, consistency, positive approach, and punctuality. Responsible for preparation and the craftsmanship of the food. Also, focused on the cleanliness and organization aspect of the kitchen areas. Must be a US citizen, or resident. Professional background required. The pay or salary will be reevaluated based on performance. Summary As a Chef, you will be at the heart of our culinary operations, responsible for overseeing food preparation and ensuring high standards of kitchen management. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in cooking, inventory management, and food service management to create exceptional dining experiences. Your premium skills in team management and leadership will be essential as you supervise kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment.
