Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing culinary team Oversee daily kitchen operations, quality, and service standards Manage food and labor costs and drive profitability Create seasonal Italian menus and maintain recipe integrity Foster a positive, team-driven kitchen culture Chef de Cuisine Requirements 5+ years in culinary leadership (high-volume/upscale preferred) Strong Italian cuisine background Proven team leadership and financial management skills Calm, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure English required; Spanish a plus Chef de Cuisine Comp & Benefits $130K-$150K + bonus Up to 6 weeks PTO Relocation housing support Simple IRA Only candidates with U.S. work authorization will be considered.
