Denver General Manager AR Denver (Andro's Rostilj) is looking for high caliber chefs in Denver, CO that are passionate about food and working with a team of professionals. We're revolutionizing the way high-end food is prepared and delivered to corporate clients. We believe that good food should taste amazing and be convenient, diverse, and healthy. We are a talented group of chefs and servers, along with a few business people, who are changing the way companies provide lunch for their employees. Primary job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare and package onsite food and meals for daily service by meeting quality and safety guidelines. Provide a high level of customer service and promote a personal chef style dining atmosphere. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and supplies needed for guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. Manage serving large groups quickly through attentive service Transporting the hot food ready for service via a large cargo van from our main kitchen to our client site. Being able to plate up the food for both the hot and cold buffet lines (as applicable to the site) in a presentable fashion. Replenishing the hot and cold lines throughout service. Keeping the buffet line clean throughout service by wiping down the hot and cold lines before, during, and after service. Provide a high level of customer service and promote a personal chef style dining atmosphere. Setting out the daily menus, tags, and utensils for the buffet lines. Record onsite production and consumption figures relating to food prepared onsite by weighing and recording all leftovers. Maintain detailed food temperature and time logs for each food item and service. Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices. Work closely with the General Manager and Chef Manager to keep clients satisfied with our food program. Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation through proper cleaning and sanitizing of all serving areas, prep areas, carts, cargo vans, insulated food carriers, and other items used for service. Review the daily menu and allergens. Ensure all service and food items are accounted for and loaded in the van properly, prior to departing the kitchen facility. Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout the entire shift. Must be able to move continuously inside the kitchens and client sites. Must be able to constantly maintain equipment and supplies by monitoring compostable supply levels and restocking the hot and cold lines before, during, and after service. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Ability to work well under intense time pressure. Excellent emotional control in a fast-paced environment. Current ServSafe Handler certificate. 3+ years experience as a server in a high volume establishment. Must be able to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift. Must meet COVID19 Vaccination requirements required by company/client/health guidelines. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record that is approved by our carrier. Must be comfortable driving large cargo/catering vans daily.

Approximate Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am-3:00pm Approximately $160 monthly transportation stipend Standard client holidays off (based on client site) Free staff meals daily Flexible days off with approval
