Job Description

About Us:
We are a fast-growing, artisanal charcuterie delivery service specializing in creating beautiful, high-quality charcuterie products for all types of events. We are a small team, so you'll have to be comfortable doing a little bit of everything and jumping in wherever is needed: prepping, cashiering, cleaning dishes, unpacking deliveries, etc.
Seeking Someone Who:
Industry professional with experience in event catering (BOH & customer facing)Is a self-starter with high standards for cleanliness, quality and consistencyHas good knife skillsHas a positive attitudeIs punctual with reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
Charcuterie Board and Sandwich Creation:
Design and assemble beautiful, high-quality charcuterie boards for various events, tailoring them to client preferences and dietary needs.
Food Prep:
Oversee the preparation of ingredients for all menu items, ensuring freshness and quality.
Catering Operations:
Prepare, pack, and ensure timely delivery and assembly of orders to events, ensuring a smooth and efficient catering experience.
Inventory Management:
Track and manage inventory of supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and ingredients are always fresh.
Food Safety:
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout preparation, storage, and delivery.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients via phone calls, walk-in orders, and deliveries & events
Qualifications:
Over 21 years of ageValid driver s license and clean driving record to operate company vehiclesStrong knowledge of food & alcohol safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Excellent presentation skills, a keen eye for detail is essential.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-demand times (holidays, corporate events, etc.).Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in catering or food service management.

Familiarity with dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) and the ability to accommodate these needs creatively.

Compensation:
