This position is responsible for leading hands-on cooking classes, private events, team-building experiences, and specialty culinary programming. The ideal candidate is an experienced cook with a passion for hospitality, teaching, and creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead cooking classes and culinary events for guests of all skill levels Demonstrate cooking techniques in a clear and engaging manner Prepare for classes and events, including ingredient organization and kitchen setup Maintain food quality and presentation standards Support event execution and guest experience Work collaboratively with other culinary team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment Follow company recipes, systems, and operational procedures Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience or culinary education Strong cooking fundamentals and knife skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable teaching and interacting with groups Ability and willingness to teach both adults and children Evening and weekend availability required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Evening and weekend availability is required. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
