Job Description

Production Chef Morning Prep Position Denver | French & Spanish Rotisserie & Seafood RestaurantWe are a small, busy French and Spanish restaurant in Denver specializing in rotisserie chicken, seafood, and seasonal preparations. We are looking for a reliable and organized Production Chef to join our morning team.

This is a part-time prep-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and helping set the kitchen up for a successful service.
Schedule:
  • 5 mornings per week
  • Approximately 4 hours per shift
Pay:
  • $20/hourResponsibilities include:
  • Daily prep and production
  • Butchery and vegetable prep
  • Sauces, stocks, and basic kitchen production
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Supporting the chefs in daily kitchen operationsIdeal candidate:
  • Has professional kitchen experience
  • Works quickly and cleanly
  • Is dependable and punctual
  • Enjoys small-team restaurant environments
  • Has pride in consistency and preparationExperience with French, Spanish, or seafood cooking is appreciated but not required.
