Our sushi bar sits prominently in our dining room, where we serve izakaya cuisine, traditional small plates, and innovative Japanese-American fusion that defines our unique identity at Sake Co. What We're Seeking Sushi & Japanese Culinary Expertise
- We need someone with solid sushi preparation skills and knowledge of Japanese techniques. Experience with izakaya-style cooking and traditional small plates is highly valued. Front-of-House Presence
- You'll be working at our dining room sushi bar, interacting with guests while showcasing your craft. Comfort with customer interaction and presentation is key. Culinary Leadership
