This is an opportunity to play a vital role in one of the region's premier high-volume catering operations, known for delivering outstanding cuisine, flawless execution, and exceptional client experiences. Our kitchen produces an impressive volume of events while maintaining uncompromising standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. We are looking for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in leading teams to excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute a detailed, high-volume production schedule to ensure successful event execution. Lead, mentor, and support station leads and production staff, fostering accountability and operational excellence. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, sanitation, and organization. Help cultivate a positive culture centered on teamwork, communication, continuous learning, and professional development. Partner closely with the Executive Chef and management team to drive efficiency, innovation, and operational success. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume culinary operation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous growth and learning. Catering, banquet, or large-scale production experience is highly preferred.
