  • M/D/V, PTO, holidays & 401k match after 90 days, CO sick leave, parking Seeking an experienced chef to run multi-outlet operations at a well-established mountain lodge.
Qualifications Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant environment. Strong financial management skills (food cost, labor cost, menu engineering). Experience overseeing multi-outlet operations (restaurant, lounge, banquets, breakfast). Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations across restaurant, bar, banquets, and breakfast service. Develop seasonal menus and special event offerings; create innovative dishes and recipes. Analyze recipes and assign pricing based on food, labor, and overhead costs.
