We are an upscale Chinese restaurant in Denver focused on refined, high-quality dishes. This is not a takeout or fast-casual concept — we emphasize consistency, technique, and presentation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Chinese Wok Chef with strong fundamentals and experience in upscale or refined Chinese cuisine. This is not a Head Chef position — the role focuses on high-level execution, consistency, and quality control .

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Chinese dishes with strong wok technique and consistency Maintain high standards in plating and presentation Follow established recipes and kitchen systems Perform under pressure during busy service Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Requirements (Must Have): Minimum 5 years experience as a wok chef or line cook in Chinese cuisine Strong wok skills (heat control, timing, consistency) Experience in upscale / fine dining / modern Chinese cuisine Ability to produce clean, refined plating (not takeout-style dishes) Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-end Chinese or fusion restaurants Experience working in the U.S. restaurant environment Strong understanding of kitchen standards and workflow
