The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food along with strong leadership skills to manage staff and ensure a high-quality experience for our patrons. The Café Chef will play a crucial role in assisting with the opening of the new cafe will have knowledge in curating the menu. Qualifications Previous experience in a café or food service environment is required; barista experience is required. Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities Experience in sales within the food industry is an advantage Join us in creating an exceptional café experience where quality coffee meets outstanding service!
