SOUS CHEF - LYKOS TAVERNA
(DARIEN, CT) Lykos Taverna seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen team. We specialize in modern Mediterranean cuisine with distinct Greek influences. This position is available for an immediate start.

Certification:
Active ServSafe Manager certification is required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a
Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook Technology:
Experience with Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) preferred
Manage daily back-of-house operations for modern Mediterranean menus Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards Cook on the line, and lead team Utilize KDS systems to manage ticket times and kitchen efficiency Oversee inventory, place vendor orders, and control food waste costs Supervise, train, and schedule line cooks Ensure consistent plate presentation and recipe execution
