This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to team management and food safety compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in fine dining and catering environments. As Chef de Cuisine, you will inspire your team to craft innovative dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise the entire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Develop and refine menus that showcase creativity, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Enforce strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Oversee kitchen operations during shifts, managing staffing schedules and ensuring timely food service Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in both restaurant and event settings Monitor food handling procedures and ensure proper training on hygiene practices for all team members Implement cost control measures while maintaining high-quality culinary standards Experience Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering services Extensive banquet experience managing large-scale events with multiple courses and service styles Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments or specialized menus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Strong background in inventory management, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and catering logistics within the hospitality industry Familiarity with bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Chef de Cuisine to elevate our culinary offerings through innovative leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
