Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and support staff, ensuring smooth shift operations and high morale Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and quality standards Oversee food production processes, ensuring all dishes meet presentation, flavor, and safety standards Supervise food handling, preparation, and presentation to uphold rigorous hygiene and safety protocols Manage inventory control and food ordering to optimize costs without compromising quality Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and exceptional service delivery Monitor kitchen performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with health regulations Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen staff in fast-paced settings Familiarity with banquet service, catering operations, and dietary department standards Demonstrated expertise in food management, menu planning, and inventory control Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation Experience in restaurant management or food service management is highly desirable Skilled in cooking techniques across various cuisines with an emphasis on presentation excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during shift management periods Background in hospitality or the food industry with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as our Head Chef and be at the forefront of creating memorable culinary experiences!
