In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and related dishes in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service Assist with menu planning, including ingredient selection and presentation ideas to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support food service operations by managing timely pizza assembly and delivery within the restaurant or catering events Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients with precision using proper knife skills Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods and special catering events Qualifications Previous experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, dietary department, or restaurant kitchen is highly desirable Strong culinary experience with a focus on pizza making, cooking, and food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food presentation Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high quality standards Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us as a Part-Time Pizza Chef and bring your culinary passion to life!
