Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and quality standards Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and compliance Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative grilling options and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Monitor food quality during preparation, adjusting seasoning and cooking times as needed Support catering events and special functions with expert grilling techniques and presentation Skills Proven experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or similar food service environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Excellent knife skills for efficient meat cutting, trimming, and portioning Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards Experience with fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchens is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with catering services, serving techniques, and kitchen operations in the food industry Join us as a Grill Chef and bring your culinary passion to life!
