This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in execution, and is eager to continue growing their culinary skills alongside a dedicated team. We are looking for an individual who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and understands the importance of consistency, teamwork, and guest experience. This role serves as the second-in-command under the Kitchen Manager / Chef and plays a critical role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen. Responsibilities Lead and support kitchen staff during prep and service Execute high-quality food consistently in a fast-paced environment Work all stations proficiently including: Sauté Grill Pasta Fryer Assist with daily prep production and station organization Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Support training and development of line cooks and prep staff Ensure tickets are executed efficiently and accurately during service Help maintain kitchen morale, accountability, and professionalism Work closely with ownership and management to continue elevating food quality and kitchen operations Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow Experience leading or mentoring kitchen staff preferred Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Nights, weekends, and holiday required English and Spanish preferred What We're Looking For We want someone who is hungry to grow, passionate about great food, and excited to be part of a team that is constantly pushing to improve.
