Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff Develop and refine menus that highlight creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences while maintaining profitability. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met across all dishes. Manage inventory control and food safety protocols diligently to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Implement and monitor food handling procedures, ensuring adherence to safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Oversee kitchen operations during shifts, including staffing schedules, food service management, and quality assurance. Qualifications Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective team management skills. Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary department procedures. Experience managing inventory control systems and overseeing food service operations efficiently. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work culture.
