Our menu features burgers, wings, steaks, sandwiches, and comfort-driven specials. We are looking for a hands-on chef and kitchen leader to help strengthen and grow our back-of-house operation. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Working Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is not an office role — this is a working position requiring active involvement on the line, daily kitchen operations, and team leadership. The right candidate will bring strong culinary and organizational skills, leadership ability, and a passion for building a positive, accountable, and cohesive back-of-house culture. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations and work alongside the team during service Build, train, mentor, and manage the back-of-house team Recruit, hire, and develop kitchen staff Maintain consistency, quality, and execution of all menu items Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste control Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety Ensure kitchen systems, prep procedures, and service standards are followed Collaborate with ownership and management on menu updates, specials, and operational improvements Help create a strong, respectful, and high-performing kitchen culture Qualifications Prior experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role Strong line cooking skills and willingness to work in a hands-on environment Experience managing teams, schedules, hiring, and kitchen systems Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment Positive attitude, accountability, and leadership mindset What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can help create a cohesive, reliable, and motivated back-of-house team — someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and wants to build something strong.
