What You ll Do Prepare and present sushi items with consistency, precision, and creativity in line with Atlas standards. Practice strong time management and stay actively engaged throughout service to meet Azumi's high-end and high-volume demands. Maintain a constant focus on safety, sanitation, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and polished working environment. Contribute to menu excellence while keeping costs, productivity, and profit top of mind. Work as part of a dynamic team that values positivity, collaboration, and guest-focused hospitality. What We re Looking For At least 2 years of high-volume sushi experience. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Valid and current food handler s certification. Professional, guest-facing demeanor-ability to entertain and engage is strongly desired. Strong teamwork skills and a solutions-driven approach.
