This is a great opportunity for a true kitchen leader who loves scratch cooking, high standards, and being part of a close-knit team. The restaurant is dinner-driven, high-volume, and known for a polished but welcoming atmosphere. Compensation, Benefits & Schedule $50,000 to $60,000 Healthcare Retirement Plan PTO Two days off per week Primarily dinner service Sunday availability is required; it's our most energetic service of the week Relocation assistance may be considered case by case for the right candidate What We're Looking For Current experience in a scratch, full-service upscale restaurant Strong cooking ability, knife skills, and culinary passion European-influenced cuisine, Seafood, or Steakhouse, scratch-kitchen experience Solid tenure and a proven commitment to previous roles A true leader who can coach, communicate, hold standards, and build relationships High EQ, awareness, professionalism, and the ability to manage in the gray Hands-on leadership style with no ego Primary responsibilities include: Leading the line and supporting outside line/expo during service Maintaining food quality, consistency, and plate presentation Coaching and developing BOH team members Supporting a positive, accountable kitchen culture Assisting with inventory, ordering, receiving, and invoices as needed Ensuring strong communication between BOH, FOH, and leadership Apply today if you are a great cook, a true leader, and excited by the opportunity to join a stable, respected restaurant group in one of Florida's best coastal communities!
