We are looking for a full-time private chef for a private family in the Bal Harbour area. The chef will be central to the family's daily life and must bring both skill and consistency to the role.
DESCRIPTION
Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday Weekend meal prep is required as part of the role Plan and execute weekly healthy menus tailored to both adult and children's tastes, with age-appropriate meals for young children and a baby Accommodate individual dietary preferences across all family members Be available for occasional dinner guests and special dinners on an agreed-upon basis; this is within the scope of the salaried role
WORK EXPERIENCE
Fine dining, catering, or private chef experience required Meals should be great tasting, healthy, and varied week to week using fresh ingredients; extravagance is not the goal, but quality is non-negotiable Food costs should be kept within reason Strict kosher kitchen experience strongly preferred; candidates without it must demonstrate a genuine willingness and ability to adhere fully to kosher standards Culinary degree is not required but noted favorably Flexibility, reliability, and discretion are essential
