Job Description
The RoleWe are hiring a Pantry / Pastry Chef to own the cold station and dessert execution.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role responsible for:
SaladsCold appetizersSoupsDessertsYou will play a key role in ticket flow, presentation, and service timing.
This is not a passive prep role you are part of live service execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute all pantry and dessert items with consistency, speed, and precisionPrepare and maintain mise en place for servicePlate dishes cleanly and consistently to standardManage ticket flow from appetizers through dessertsSupport kitchen pacing by ensuring timely execution of first coursesMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all timesFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsAssist with prep and support other stations as neededWhat We re Looking ForExperience in a pantry, garde manger, or pastry role in a high-volume kitchenStrong attention to detail and plating consistencyAbility to work quickly and stay organized under pressureTeam-first mindset with strong communicationReliable, disciplined, and takes pride in clean executionWillingness to learn and grow within a structured kitchenCompensationCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Stable, high-volume environment with consistent hoursOpportunity for growth into expanded kitchen rolesWhy This Role MattersThe pantry station controls:
