Part-Time (1 to 3 days a week•4 to 8 hours per day) About Us We are a premier personal chef service in Tampa Bay, preparing restaurant-quality meals directly in clients' homes. Led by our Executive Chef, we deliver a high-end, customized meal package service using fresh local ingredients while accommodating dietary needs such as keto, low-carb, and gluten-free. We operate in a professional, drug-free environment. The Role We are seeking experienced Personal Chefs to join our team on a long-term basis. You will work independently in clients' homes executing our Executive Chef's pre-set menus. We start new chefs with 1-2 clients per week and steadily grow your schedule based on performance and demand, with the opportunity to reach full-time hours. This includes occasional weekends and evenings for dinner parties and dining events. Key Responsibilities Execute complex, high-quality dishes (sauces, emulsions, braising, precise cooking, etc.) with excellent presentation. Prepare multi-day meal packages in clients' homes using basic kitchen equipment. Accommodate various dietary needs with fresh, quality ingredients. Maintain spotless kitchens and deliver exceptional client experiences every time. Represent our brand with the highest level of professionalism and consistency. Qualifications 2-5 years of professional kitchen experience as a sous-chef or personal chef. Strong mastery of advanced cooking techniques and flavor profiles. Excellent time management, concentration, and ability to work independently with full responsibility. Adaptable to different home kitchens and equipment. Highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Strict Requirements Must be 100% drug-free (drug testing required). Must have a completely clean criminal background (thorough background check required). Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to the team.
