Line Cook / Chef (All Levels) - Hawaiian Pacific Fusion Concept We're building a passionate, professional kitchen team for an exciting Hawaiian Pacific Fusion restaurant and are hiring dependable Line Cooks and experienced Chefs who take pride in quality, creativity, consistency, and speed. Our menu blends Hawaiian-inspired flavors with Pacific and island influences, featuring fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and high-quality execution. Whether you're an experienced line cook looking to grow or a seasoned chef ready to lead, we're looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute Hawaiian Pacific Fusion menu items with consistency, precision, and pride Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Work efficiently during high-volume service Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards Handle fresh proteins, seafood, sauces, and specialty ingredients with care Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service For senior-level chefs: assist with leadership, inventory, training, and kitchen systemsQualifications:
Kitchen experience preferred (line, prep, sauté, grill, seafood, or chef experience) Passion for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and creative cuisine Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Positive attitude and team mentality Knowledge of food safety and sanitation Leadership experience is a plus for chef-level applicantsWhat We Offer:
