Nights, weekends, and holidays required About Us We are an upscale Hawaiian Pacific Fusion restaurant focused on fresh seafood, creative flavors, high-quality presentation, and an energetic guest experience. Our menu blends Hawaiian, Japanese, Polynesian, and coastal influences with a modern approach. We are building a strong kitchen culture centered around consistency, teamwork, speed, cleanliness, and creativity. We are looking for a talented and dependable Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and help shape the future of the restaurant. Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations and daily service Create and execute high-quality Hawaiian Pacific Fusion dishes Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and accountability Control food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance Work efficiently during high-volume service Assist with seasonal menu development and specials Maintain positive communication with ownership and front-of-house staff Qualifications Previous Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with seafood, raw dishes, Asian/Hawaiian flavors, grilling, frying, and sauces preferred Ability to manage food/labor costs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their food and kitchen A chef who can lead by example Calm under pressure during busy services Creative but also understands consistency and execution Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Compensation & Perks Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to help shape a growing concept Creative input on menu items and specials Supportive ownership team Growth opportunities as the business expands To Apply Please send: Resume Brief summary of your experience Photos of dishes/menu work (if available) We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who wants to grow with the restaurant long term.
